A screen title waits until the letters can be seen
Before the Aurora office copies a title, it looks for the letters. If the letters are there, the office copies them in the order they appear and writes the reading date. If the letters are not there, the office writes that the title is not on the screen.
Waiting is part of the copy. A title written before the letters appear would be a guess. The office does not keep a guessed title on file and does not replace missing letters with a shorter line. The Aurora date is the day those letters were read.
The copy is not drafted ahead as a later store decision. Install totals and revenue do not appear in this page. Shown lines can mark the privacy address and the help address on the same day. A later change in the letters belongs on the second-reading page.
If the title cannot be seen, a letter may still ask the office to look again. Write to thompson@thegreyhour.online and name the screen-title page. The office will write shown or not shown for that day. It will not invent the missing letters.
